Cameron Highland trip

On the 14 and 15 April, Luqman, Raziq and I went for a trip to Cameron Highland.  Actually the trip was planned by my sister Aiza and Liza. Just tumpang sekaki, free lodging..hehehe.. Too bad Siti could not join us as she was attending a "Read Easy" course for the weekend. So Humaira also stays at home.

Arrived there late afternoon on Saturday 14th.  Went up from Simpang Pulai instead of Tapah. The kids were restless along the way, as it was quite a long trip up.  But the scenery was superb along the way up.  It was a drizzling afternoon.  So the cloud (mist) can be seen hovering over the hills.
But the view took a "U" turn once we are nearing Brinchang.  Over development on the hills for what ever kind of farming is evident.  Water flowing in the rivers looks like "teh tarik", which should not be the case way up on the hill.  No wonder there are lots of land slides tragedy up there.

We stayed at Country Pines.  A duplex room. Good enough for 5 adults and 4 kids.  Once we settled down, we went to the "pasar minggu" at Brinchang.  So much stuff and so many people.  Vegies and foods are abundant.  Nothing much to buy, we just bought some foods to fill tummy before dinner.

For dinner we had steamboat.  Thanks to Abg Fauzuri.  After dinner we just went back to the hotels.  The night spent with the Papa, Abg Fauzuri and I talking the night away.  We talk about variety of stuff ranging from politics, business and dark magic.  Scary stuff and interesting.  By the way, I was shocked by the cold of Cameron that I instantly got fever. Haishh..

Come sunday we went strawberry park.  Luqman and Raziq really enjoyed the picking of strawberry.  Raziq even know to pick the right coloured strawberries.

After strawberry park, we went to butterfly farm.  I was having a jolly good time taking macro shots of the butterflies.

After that about noon we went back after having lunch at the restaurant where we had dinner the night before.  Pedas gila!!! Than went back to the hotel. I took a nap before packing to go home.  About 7 pm, Luqman, Raziq and I say bye to Mama, Papa, Abg Fauzuri, Kak Aiza and the kids.

The journey home was a quiet one.  The road was almost empty.  It was drizzling here and there. Only once we got on the highway that it started to pour.  Reached home quite late about 11 or 12.
It was a good trip. Bye.
